There are a number of Electric Thermal Storage (ETS) systems that qualify for time-of-day power rates, such as ETS room unit heaters or ETS central heating systems (hot water or forced warm air). If you find heated floors appealing, you may want to consider an in-floor radiant thermal storage system. Or, if you would like a system that keeps you warm all winter and cool all summer, a combination ETS/heat pump approach may be the solution for you.
